CHICKEN SALAD

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chicken, cooked and shredded
  • ¼ cup avocado mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • ¼ cup celery, minced
  • 1 Tbs dried cranberries
  • 1 cup baby carrots
  • 6 butter lettuce leaves

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, except the lettuce and carrots. When ready to eat, add the chicken salad to the lettuce leaf and serve with carrots.
