• 1/2 small avocado
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon dill
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Heat the olive oil on a nonstick frying pan over medium heat. Carefully add the egg without breaking the yolk, and let it cook until the white sets. Place the fried egg in the avocado and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and dill. Serve alongside the raspberries.
