GRILLED SHRIMP

Ingredients:

  • 6-ounce shrimp
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup quinoa
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 cup cucumber
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper

Preparation:

Toss the shrimp in olive oil and garlic and broil for 5 minutes until fully cooked
Prepare quinua. Toss quinoa with curry powder, cucumber, and red pepper flakes. Serve with shrimp.
