• 6 oz pork tenderloin
  • 2 Tbs olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary
  • 2 ½ Tbs balsamic vinegar
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Mix the balsamic vinegar, thyme, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Marinate the pork with this mixture and let it sit for 10 minutes. Preheat a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook the pork for about 5 minutes per side until is tender. Serve with broccoli.
