HERB PORK LOIN WITH BROCCOLI
- 6 oz pork tenderloin
- 2 Tbs olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp fresh thyme
- 1 tsp fresh rosemary
- 2 ½ Tbs balsamic vinegar
- 1 cup broccoli
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:Mix the balsamic vinegar, thyme, rosemary, paprika, salt, and pepper together in a bowl. Marinate the pork with this mixture and let it sit for 10 minutes. Preheat a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook the pork for about 5 minutes per side until is tender. Serve with broccoli.
