JUST IN: Our New 28 day diet plan is here!



  • 6 oz chicken breast
  • ½ cup brown rice or quinoa  
  • 12 asparagus spears
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 Tbs olive oil
  • 1 lemon slice
  • 1 Tbs capers
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Brush chicken with half of the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill chicken for 6 minutes each side on medium high heat until done. Cook the brown rice according to package. Toss asparagus with garlic, remaining olive oil, salt, and pepper. Broil for 10 minutes until tender. Serve all together and enjoy dinner.
