Ingredients:

  • 1 cup bean chips
  • ½ avocado, mashed like guacamole
  • 1 cup diced mango
  • 1 tablespoon chopped red onion
  • 1 tablespoon green bell pepper

Directions:

Add the mango, red onion, green pepper, and avocado to a bowl. Mix well and serve with chips.
