- 6 oz chicken breast
- 1 small sweet potato, chopped
- 1 cup green beans
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1 lemon
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Directions:Preheat oven 400℉. In a large bowl, combine the green beans and onion with half the ranch dressing and toss to coat. Place the chicken down the center of a baking sheet and brush with the remaining ranch. Arrange vegetables and sweet potatoes around the chicken, adding salt and pepper to taste. Bake for 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked. Garnish with lemon and serve.
