- 1 egg
- 1 Tbs olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 cup spinach
- 2 cherry tomatoes
- Contents of 1 Santo Remedio turmeric capsule
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Fry the garlic and tomatoes for 3 minutes before adding the spinach leaves. Cook 2 minutes until wilted. In a small bowl, whisk the eggs and turmeric. Add this mixture to the spinach in the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes until scrambled eggs reach desired consistency. Bon Appetit!
