• 1 egg
  • 1 Tbs olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 cup spinach  
  • 2 cherry tomatoes
  • Contents of 1 Santo Remedio turmeric capsule
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Fry the garlic and tomatoes for 3 minutes before adding the spinach leaves. Cook 2 minutes until wilted. In a small bowl, whisk the eggs and turmeric. Add this mixture to the spinach in the pan and cook for 5-7 minutes until scrambled eggs reach desired consistency. Bon Appetit!
