TURKEY SAUSAGE TOAST
Ingredients:
- 2 turkey sausages, sliced
- 5 cherry tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 cup spinach
- 1 slice of Ezekiel bread with sesame seeds, toasted
Directions:
Heat a skillet over medium heat and sauté the sausage in oil. Once cooked, add the tomatoes, and cook for an additional 3 minutes. Add the spinach and cook until wilted. Serve this mixture atop the toast.
