Caprese salad with spinach and dill
- 1 cup spinach
- ¼ cup pesto
- 1 tablespoon dill
- 4 ounces mozzarella, sliced
- ¼ cup basil
- 2 tomatoes, sliced.
- 1 teaspoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Spread the pesto sauce on an otherwise empty plate. In a bowl, mix the remaining ingredients and toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place them onto the plate with the pesto for a delicious presentation!
