Chicken BLT salad

Ingredients: 

  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 1  cup romaine lettuce shredded 
  • 4 tomatoes chopped 
  • 2 cups rotisserie chicken chopped 
  • 1 avocado chopped 
  • ¼ cup ranch dressing 
  • 4 dashes pepper 

 

Directions: 

Cook bacon according to package instructions. When done and drained of excess fat, crumble or cut up into small pieces. Place lettuce in a bowl and top with bacon, tomatoes, chicken, avocado, and dressing. Who could ask for more?
