Chicken sausage and broccoli burrito

Ingredients: 

  • 1 spinach tortilla 
  • 2 cups broccoli chopped 
  • 2 tablespoons of parsley 
  • 1 teaspoons olive oil 
  • 1 link (3 oz) chicken sausage sliced into 1-inch rounds 

Directions:  

Heat a pan on medium heat and sauté the sausages and chopped broccoli in oil until cooked thoroughly. Sprinkle with parsley. Place all the ingredients in the spinach tortilla and wrap into a burrito. Get ready for great energy and an awesome day!
