• 1 teaspoons olive oil 
  • 1 apple peeled and sliced 
  • 2 tablespoon quick cooking oats 
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon 
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
  • ½ teaspoon brown sugar 
  • 1/2 cup vanilla or greek yogurt 



Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add apples, oats, cinnamon, vanilla and sugar and sauté until apples are soft. Serve with Greek yogurt. A delicious start to your day!
