- 8 large shrimp, peeled
- 1 ½ cups cherry tomatoes
- 1 cup Nasoya Shirataki noodles
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill
- 1 tablespoon fresh coriander, chopped
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- A piece of dark chocolate (for dessert)
Directions:Cook the noodles according to the package. Add the oil to a large saucepan and warm up. When slightly hot, add the shrimp and sauté. Toss in the remaining ingredients, including the cooked shirataki, and gently mix until everything is incorporated. Deliciously seductive! Don't forget the dessert... chocolate.
