Salmon and vegetables with sesame seeds and honey
- 6 oz salmon
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup broccoli, steamed
- 1 cup carrots, steamed
- 1 tablespoon low sodium soy sauce

Directions:Heat a medium skillet on medium-high. Season the salmon with honey and cook to your liking. Squeeze the lemon over top, and drizzle with honey and soy sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve with the broccoli and carrots to put your heart in party mode! Congratulations, you did it!
