Salmon, avocado and English muffin
Ingredients:
- 1 slice of smoked salmon
- ½ avocado
- 1 English muffin
- 1 romaine lettuce leaf
- 1/2 tomato, sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Toast the English muffin. Mash the avocado and spread it over the muffin. Add the salmon, lettuce and tomatoes on top. Dress with salt and pepper. Have a hearty breakfast to start your day!
