• ¼ cup olive oil 
  • 6 ounces salmon 
  • 2 ounces sesame seeds 
  • 2 cups asparagus 
  • 1 avocado 


Brush half the oil over the salmon. Place sesame seeds in a bowl. Press salmon into the sesame seeds to coat all over. Use your hands to press any remaining sesame seeds onto the salmon. Heat remaining oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add salmon and cook 3-4 minutes until cooked through. 

For the asparagus, steam or grill in a pan for 5-10 minutes until tender. 

Serve all on a plate with the sliced avocado on top of the salmon. Were going to want to see your pictures on this one!
