Santo Remedio cinnamon and vanilla-flavored pancake
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop of Santo Remedio vanilla-flavored protein powder
- 2 large eggs
- ½ banana, sliced
- ¼ cup walnuts, divided into two portions
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- ¼ teaspoon salt
Directions:
Mix the eggs, protein powder, half the walnuts, cinnamon, baking powder and salt in a bowl. Heat a skillet over low and place ¼ cup of the mixture onto the hot skillet. Cook for 1 minute on each side. Garnish with the banana slices and remaining walnuts - a breakfast you deserve!
