• 1 cup cooked oats
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon all spice  
  • 1 cup of almond milk
  • 1 cup papaya or strawberries


In a glass cup, add the oatmeal, almond milk, vanilla, cinnamon and all spice. Sprinkle the fruit on top. Add a little more cinnamon if you’d like. Cheers!
