- 1 cup almond milk
- ½ cup oatmeal
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
- 6 dried apricots, chopped
- 1 tablespoon coconut, grated
- 2 tablespoons cranberry raisins
- 1 tablespoon Santo Remedio vanilla protein
Combine the milk, oatmeal, vanilla protein and cinnamon in a small saucepan. Cook over high heat until boiling. Reduce the heat and continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until creamy. Serve by sprinkling the apricots and shredded coconut on top and celebrate your love for yourself!
