Chicken avocado Mex salad
- 1 cooked and chopped chicken breast
- 1 finely chopped tomato
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 2½ teaspoons salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons avocado-based mayo
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
- Spicy sauce to taste
- 1 freshly chopped lettuce
- 6 finely sliced avocados
- 1 Santo Remedio turmeric capsule
Preparation:Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper and cook in olive oil. Meanwhile, combine the other ingredients (except the lemon juice) in a bowl to make the salad. When cooked, add the chicken breast and lemon juice to the salad. Serve with whole grain crackers. Easy and delicious!
