Energy and Antioxidant Blackberry Oats
- 1 cup of oats
- 3/4 cup of blackberries
- ½ teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 resveratrol capsule
- stevia (optional)
Preparation:Prepare the oats as you normally would. When they are ready and still warm, break open the resveratrol capsule and mix it in. Then mix in the blackberries. Sprinkle all with cinnamon. Enjoy your energy recharge!
