Ingredients:

  • 4 ounces of tilapia
  • ¼ tablespoon of lemon juice
  • ¼ cup of quinoa
  • 1 cup of green beans
  • 1 cup of mushrooms
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • Pinch of salt and pepper

Preparation:

Place the tilapia in a hot frying pan. Season with salt, pepper, oil and lemon juice. Cook the quinoa according to the package instructions. Steam the green beans. Separately, cook the mushrooms with olive oil, garlic, salt and pepper. Serve warm!
