• 1 hard boiled egg
  • 15 red grapes
  • 1 hibiscus tea bag



Boil an egg for 5 minutes and then let cool. Peel and part in halves. Then enjoy a healthy snack with grapes (or a small amount of any fruit of your choice) and a nice hot cup of hibiscus tea.
