• 6 oz chicken breast, diced
  • 1 cup quinoa
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
  • 5 Macadamia nuts
  • ½ red onion, diced
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil


Start by frying the chicken breast in a large pan. When almost fully cooked, add the quinoa, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, onion, nuts and sesame seeds. Cook for about 20 minutes over low heat. Dinner is served.
