- 6 oz chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup quinoa
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
- 5 Macadamia nuts
- ½ red onion, diced
- 1 teaspoon sesame seeds
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
Directions:Start by frying the chicken breast in a large pan. When almost fully cooked, add the quinoa, chicken broth, mixed vegetables, onion, nuts and sesame seeds. Cook for about 20 minutes over low heat. Dinner is served.
