• 1 cauliflower
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt
  • ½ cup of finely chopped chives
  • Pinch of pepper
  • ¼ cup of low-fat cream cheese
  • ½ cup of parmesan cheese
  • 20 steamed asparagus


Steam the cauliflower. When it’s cooked, blend it in a food processor until it reaches the consistency of purée. Fry the garlic in extra virgin olive oil for 2 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and mix with a fork. Serve with asparagus for some tasty eating!
