Orange pork loin
- 8 slices of pork loin
- 1 cup of orange juice
- 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of oatmeal
- ½ teaspoon of salt
- ½ teaspoon of pepper
- 4 cloves of garlic, minced
Preparation:Season the pork loin with salt, pepper and garlic. Fry in extra virgin olive oil. When ready, remove meat and drain excess fat. In the same pan, mix the orange juice and oatmeal on low heat until it thickens. Add the vinegar and mix. Once the sauce is fully integrated, add the pork loin slices to warm them up a bit before serving. A dinner high in protein and flavor!
