Pumpkin cream


  • 5 cups of pumpkin cooked in chicken broth and mashed
  • 5 cups of the broth used to cook the pumpkin
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon of pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 5 tablespoons of Greek yogurt


Mix the pumpkin puree with the broth, yogurt, salt, pepper and butter and cook on medium-low heat, stirring constantly until it boils. Serve in a deep dish. We know you will like it!
