Santo Remedio Protein Muffins
Ingredients:
- ½ cup Santo Remedio vanilla protein
- ½ cup almond flour
- 6 tablespoons coconut flour
- 2 teaspoons oatmeal
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- ½ cup almond milk
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 Santo Remedio red yeast rice capsule
Preparation:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Combine all dry ingredients before adding the wet ingredients and mix well. Divide the mixture in 1/4 cup measurements in a muffin or cupcake mold. Bake for 20 minutes.
Eat 1 muffin (approximately 2 inches wide) and save the rest or share them!
