Ingredients:

  • 1 cup oats
  • ½ cup raspberries
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • 1 tablespoon wheatgerm, flaxseed or chia
  • 1 cup low-fat milk

Preparation:

Cook the oats in milk as you normally would. Remove from heat and add the berries and seeds. Enjoy!
