- 1 low-fat chicken or turkey sausage
- 2 cups of spinach
- 1 tablespoon of finely chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
- 1 grated piece of ginger
- 1 grated clove of garlic
In a frying pan, add the extra virgin olive oil with onion and garlic over medium-high heat. Brown them and add the sausage, spinach, salt, pepper and ginger. Let it cook for a few minutes and it’ll be ready to serve!
