Aromatic Chicken

Ingredients: 

  • 6 ounces boneless skinless chicken breasts 
  • ¼ cup raw oats 
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano 
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil 
  • 2 tbsp red onion 
  • 2 leeks sliced  
  • 2 garlic cloves minced  
  • 1 cup marinara sauce 
  • 1 handful fresh basil  
  • 1 cup brussel sprouts 
  • 1 teaspoon honey 

Directions: 

Add olive oil, onions leeks and garlic to pan, cook chicken. Once cooked   combine raw oats, dried oregano, dried basil, marinera sauce, salt, and pepper. Drizzle with olive oil and mix.  Heat oven to 350 and bake honey drizzled brussel sprouts until tender. Cook rice pilaf in vegetable or chicken broth.
