Avocado and Smoke Salmon Toast
- 1 avocado sliced
- 4 ounces smoked salmon
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 slice of Ezekiel bread or multi-grain toast
Toast the slice of bread. When it's ready, put the avocado slices on top, then the salmon, and sprinkle with pepper. Simple, delicious, and healthy!
