Corn Tortillas with Creamy Bean Dip
- 2 corn tortillas
- ½ cup of red or black beans
- 2 tbsp red onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Pinch of oregano
- 4 tbsp chicken broth
In a medium saucepan, sauté olive oil, onions, garlic, and oregano. In a blender, add beans, broth, and olive oil mixture. Blend until a mousse consistency. Enjoy!
