Cottage Cheese and Melon

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 cantaloupe melon diced 
  • 1 cup ricotta or cottage cheese 
  • 1 tsp chia seeds 

Directions: 

Put the melon pieces in a bowl. Add the cottage cheese on top. Mix well and sprinkle with the seeds. It’s yummy, fast, and super healthy.
