Egg Salad Toast
- 1 boiled egg
- 1 tbsp avocado mayo
- 1 tbsp relish
- Salt and pepper
- 1 multigrain whole-grain toast
Boil egg, let cool, and peel. Smash with a fork or add to a food processor with mayonnaise, relish, salt, and pepper. Spread over toast and done. It’s fast and delicious!
