Fresh Herb & Spice-Burger
Prep/Total Time: 20 min.
- 1/2 medium red onion, finely chopped
- 3 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh mint
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 6 oz lean ground turkey (95% lean)
Combine the first 4 ingredients. Add turkey and mix thoroughly. Shape into a patty. Grill patty, covered, over medium heat or broil for 4-6 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 160°. If desired, place on lettuce leaves and serve with sauce. Enjoy!
