Santo Remedio ginger and chamomile smoothie
Ingredients:
- 1 scoop of Santo Remedio vanilla-flavored protein powder
- 1 red apple
- 1 medium celery stalk
- 2 teaspoons ginger, grated
- 1 lemon
- 1 cup freshly boiled water
- 1 chamomile tea bag
- A pinch of cinnamon powder
Directions:
Prepare the chamomile tea and let it cool. Add all the ingredients to a blender and mix until you achieve a creamy mixture. Sprinkle with cinnamon and serve to start your day!
