A delicious, relaxing drink can be a great way to feel instantly better. Here we share with you a simple recipe for an ashwagandha tea that relaxes muscles. Sit back and sip while watching a TV show, practicing your favorite hobby, or simply appreciating the beauty that nature offers. It will feel as if you're on cloud nine, and the best part is you’re going to want to keep drinking it!

Bring the water to a boil and remove from heat. Add the magnesium tablet and allow to dissolve, then add the passionflower tea and contents of the ashwagandha capsule. Allow the tea to infuse for about 15-20 minutes. Add lemon juice and stevia, and your drink is ready to enjoy hot or cold. Store in the refrigerator with ice. This tea’s properties are truly wonderful.

  • Passionflower is a traditional medicinal plant. It’s flowers, berries, roots, and leaves have been historically and widely used for millennia to relieve insomnia and anxiety. Additionally, it is a proven source of flavonoid antioxidants that can help calm moderate stress. (1)
