Yes, you can buy in stores or online. Santo Remedio products are available all across America, including over 800 Walmart stores.

Unfortunately we are unable to ship Santo Remedio products outside of the U.S. Stay tuned, though, as we are working to bring you the goodness of Santo Remedio no matter where you live.

Do I need to set up an account to buy products?

Not at all. It’s easy to checkout as a guest when you order from Santo Remedio..

What types of payments are accepted?

Shipping

When is my order going to ship?

As soon as possible! Once your payment information is verified, all product orders made before 2:00 PM EST Monday through Friday (excluding US Federal holidays,) will be packed and shipped on the same day the order is received. Products ordered after 2:00 PM will be shipped on the next business day.

Which carrier will ship my order?

Santo Remedio offers various standard shipping options with major carriers including FedEx, UPS and USPS. We always choose the shipping solution that will allow us to get the products to you as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped with a verified tracking number to enable online tracking. We also offer expedited shipping at your request, an option you can choose when you check-out and pay for your product order.

What is Santo Remedio standard delivery time?

Our standard delivery time is 3-6 days for orders placed in the continental United States. Orders shipping to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Alaska should arrive within 1-2 weeks. Need it faster? Additional expedited shipping options are available during the checkout process.

Do you offer Expedited shipping?

Yes! Santo Remedio offers various expedited shipping options. These options are available to customers on our website during the checkout process at an additional cost and should allow you to receive your products within 2 business days.

How can I track my order?

The moment we ship your order we’ll send you an email with your order’s tracking number. Simply click on the tracking number to follow your products as they make their way to you!

Please know that tracking sometimes takes a while to update. This does not mean that your order is stuck in transit. Our shipping carriers typically update tracking at certain intervals that reflect their stage of the delivery cycle.

Can I get my order shipped overnight?

We apologize, but at the moment, we do not offer overnight shipping. But don’t worry, our products are worth the wait..

Do you ship outside the US?

We truly appreciate your interest in Santo Remedio supplements. Unfortunately, we currently cannot ship our products from our online store outside of the United States, though we hope that changes in the future! We sincerely apologize for being unable to accommodate your request at the moment.

What if my package is damaged or missing?

If your order was damaged in transit or an incorrect item arrived, email us at support@misantoremedio.com or give us a call at 1-855- REMEDIO from Monday through Friday from 8:30AM to 5:30 PM and we will be happy to help!

Do you offer free shipping?

We do offer free standard ground shipping for all orders over $50. To achieve the $50 minimum, your cart total must exceed $50 after discounts.

How do I create an account?

At Santo Remedio, you don’t need to create an account with us to order products. You can order our products as a guest or as a registered customer. Should you want to become a registered customer, our website guide allows you to do so in just a few simple steps.

What is the difference between a guest and a registered customer?

As a registered customer, we hold on to the information you provide in order to facilitate future orders. As a guest, the information provided will not be retained and you’ll need to re-enter your information the next time you make an order. In either case, we need your home address, your email address, and a valid phone number in order to fulfill your order and keep you updated on it’s status./p>

How do I access my account?

If you are having trouble accessing your account, there are a number of potential reasons why that may be the case. The most common of those reasons are:

How do I reset my password?

Click the "Sign In" link on the screen. Click on "Forgotten Password". Enter your email address when prompted and press Enter. A reset password link will be sent to your email address. If you don't see a “reset your password link” email, it's possible you originally made a purchase as a guest and don't have a registered account, but make sure to check your junk-mail or spam folder just in case. If none of these solutions work, we suggest trying to create a new account.

How do I unsubscribe from your email list?

How long does a refund take to process?

Once the products are returned back to our warehouse and the refund has been processed administratively, you will be automatically refunded back to the card used to purchase. This should take no longer than 15 days.

How are the Packs formulated?

Dr. Juan personally designed these bundles based on scientific research and his knowledge and understanding of proven natural remedies.

Can I apply a discount code to a Healthy Together Pack?

All our Healthy Together Packs automatically qualify for a 10% discount, which excludes them from additional promotions or supplemental discount codes. Healthy Together Packs may qualify for additional discounts as part of a specific discount initiative or alongside a future promotional event. Thank you for understanding and support!

One of the items in the Pack is out of stock. What do I do?

We do our best to keep all our items in stock and available for order. But due to the premium-quality and value of our products, we occasionally receive a higher volume of orders than expected and may run out of your favorite product. Please know that the manufacturing, sourcing, and shipping team is always working to get your item back in stock.

In the meantime, we can remove the unavailable item from your Pack, ship the available products as soon as you place your order, and send your out of stock item the minute it becomes available again. You can make a request for us to swap your out of stock item with a similar product relevant to your needs.

Shipping address

How do I update my shipping information?

Please follow these steps to update your shipping address:

Log into your account: https://misantoremedio.com/account/login;
Then click on "Addresses";
Here you can edit, delete and manage addresses;
Click the box “Set as Default” to determine your primary shipping address.

When will my credit card be charged?

Your card will be charged on the process date of your order.

What happens if my credit card cannot be charged/is refused?

If payment cannot be charged to your credit card or if a charge is refused for any reason, your order will automatically be suspended. We will then contact you to notify you and attempt to rectify the situation.

Products

Do the products have an expiration date/time?

All of our products have unique expiration dates stamped on the bottle. By law, we are unable to recommend that you use an expired product. We suggest that you use our products within one year of being opened and prior to the expiration date. We cannot guarantee product potency one year after being opened or after the product has expired. Please keep in mind that our products do not contain preservatives.

Why is the bottle I received not entirely full?

Our product servings are based on serving size. Natural settling of the product in the bottle will occur after filling, but we guarantee you're receiving the correct number of servings as identified in the nutrition label on the container/bottle.

Can I use these products if I am pregnant or nursing?

Caution: As with any dietary supplement, consult your healthcare practitioner before using this product— especially if you are pregnant, nursing, or otherwise under medical supervision.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Can you charge my card if it has expired?

We cannot charge your card if it has expired. In that case, you will receive an email from us informing you that we are currently unable to process your order, and will provide instructions on how to update your card information.

Discounts & Promotions

How do I apply a discount code?

Once you’ve clicked on the bag icon on the top right corner of your screen, review the contents of your cart and click "Checkout". Then enter your discount code in the field marked "Discount Code" on your screen. Click "Apply” and your discount will be deducted from the total amount due.

Why isn't my discount code working?

We are sorry your discount code does not seem to work. There are a couple of different reasons why that may be the case:

Are you trying to use more than one discount code? Please be aware that only one discount code can be used at a time.

Are you trying to apply the discount code on one of your Healthy Together Packs or on products that are already discounted? Promotions, as well as our Packs are not eligible for codes since they are already discounted.
Are you meeting all of the requirements for the promotion? Does the discount only apply to certain products? Is there a minimum purchase required?/p>

Can I use a discount code on a subscription order?
